By accessing the DilSe Hindu application or its website found at www.dilsehindu.com, whether through a mobile device, mobile application or computer (collectively, the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this “Agreement”), whether or not you create a DilSe Hindu account. If you wish to create a DilSe Hindu account and make use of the Service, please read these Terms of Use.
You should also read the DilSe Hindu Privacy Policy. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, including the DilSe Hindu Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.
Your Cancellation Rights
A. For EU and UK subscribers:
Members from EU and UK may cancel their first Monthly Credit Pack subscription, without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the 14th day following the day of becoming a Member.
B. For US (AZ, CA, CT, IL, IA, MN, NY, NC, OH, WI) subscribers:
- You may cancel this agreement, without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the 3rd business day following the original date of this contract.
- Apple ID Subscriptions: Go to iTunes > View Apple ID > Purchase History > Report Problem.
- Google Play Subscriptions: Tap "Email us feedback" in Settings with your order number.
- Disability/Death: Your estate is entitled to a refund allocable to the period after death. If you become disabled, you are entitled to a refund for the period after your disability.

1. Acceptance of Terms
This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Service. This Agreement includes the Company’s Privacy Policy and terms disclosed if you purchase additional features. By accessing the Service, you consent to have this Agreement provided in electronic form.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age. You represent and warrant that you have never been convicted of a felony, are not required to register as a sex offender, and are not barred from using the Service under the laws of the United States (e.g., Specially Designated Nationals). Service is prohibited in countries under US/EU embargo (e.g., Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Russia/Belarus).
3. Creating an Account
You must sign in using approved login methods (e.g., Facebook, Phone). You authorize us to access specific account information found in our Privacy Policy.
4. Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in full force while you use the Service. You may disable your account in "Settings". The Company may terminate your account at any time without notice for breach of Agreement. No refunds for unused fees upon termination.
5. Non-Commercial Use
The Service is for personal use only. Users may not use the Service for commercial endeavors (advertising, soliciting, selling). Companies may not use the Service without express consent.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any breach at support@dilsehindu.com.
7. Your Interactions with Other Users

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS. THE COMPANY CURRENTLY DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS USERS. WE DO NOT VERIFY ALL STATEMENTS MADE BY USERS.
We reserve the right to conduct background checks (such as sex offender searches) using public records. We are not liable for damages arising from your conduct or the conduct of others. Always take precautions and read our Safety Tips.
8. Proprietary Rights
The Company owns all rights in the Service and its content. You may not copy, modify, or reproduce copyrighted material without written consent.
9. Content Posted by You
You are responsible for your content. You grant us a license to use your content. You may not post offensive, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, or illegal material.
Prohibited Content includes:
- Racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm.
- Harassment or intimidation.
- Requests for money or fraud.
- Spam, chain letters, or phishing.
- Pornography or content exploiting minors.
- Illegal activities (weapons, drugs, viruses).
- Impersonation.
- Solicitation of human trafficking or prostitution.
10. Prohibited Activities
- Impersonating any person or entity.
- Soliciting money.
- Stalking or harassing.
- Data mining or scraping the Service.
- Interfering with servers or networks.
- Modifying or reverse engineering the App.
11 & 12. Customer Service & Purchases
Treat our support staff with respect. Abusive behavior results in termination. In-App Purchases: Transactions are handled by Apple/Google. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled via your phone settings.
13 & 14. Modifications & Partners
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. By creating an account, you agree you might be registered on partner sites/apps.
15. DMCA / Copyright Policy
If your work is infringed, provide a notice to support@dilsehindu.com or: DilSe Hindu, Coppell, TX, USA. We terminate repeat infringers.
16. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE GRANT NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR ADVICE. CONSULT PROFESSIONALS FOR MEDICAL/LEGAL ADVICE.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or resources linked in the Service.
18. Limitation on Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY. CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE YEAR.
19. Arbitration & Governing Law
Binding Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the AAA. You give up the right to go to court or participate in a class action.
Jurisdiction: Litigation (if any) shall be commenced in federal or state courts in Dallas County, Texas.
Governing Law: Laws of the state of Texas.
20-23. Indemnity & General
You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your breach. We may provide notices via email/app. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement.

Remain anonymous until ready. Don't put your phone number or address in your public profile.
Red Flags
Beware of users who ask to move off-app immediately, vanish and reappear, or ask for your address for "gifts."
Meeting In Person
Always meet in public. Tell a friend where you are going. Drive yourself. We are NOT an international marriage broker.
